We have an opportunity for Customer Service professionals to join our Billing/Customer Relations Team. As a member of this team you will primarily deal with customer enquiries which are received via telephone, email, and fax. You will be responsible for the administration of customer accounts, including updating and maintaining customer records, invoice and billing queries, account re-activations, payment returns and several other tasks.

To be successful in this role you will need…
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic knowledge on how to operate a database, Word, Excel & Email
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• The ability to liaise with clients over the phone
• Confidence to work under pressure
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Working hours will vary between the hours of 6.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday, and 7am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday (approximately 1 weekend shift per month).
