I'm not too clued in about computers or technology however I have dealt with Bigponds customer service or lack there of before. Your customer service is amazingly good compared to Bigpond, which is a major reason I changed over. Nikkita was very helpful and happy to take the time to help me. Joshua was a very helpful and polite young man who offered every assistance. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He also had a very good knowledge of your product and was able to upgrade my service with a minimum of fuss. As recent as yesterday I was informing a friend of ours of the excellent assistance Westnet provides. I have rarely needed to contact Westnet, however every time the assistance has been quick, pleasant and very efficient. The phone back facility without losing place in the line is "the" only way to handle queries, and speaking with staff who can be understood is what everyone prefers. Other companies in various industries whose contact arrangements include button pressing, long waits, staff who struggle with our language and often give completely irrelevant answers to simple questions need to phone Westnet to experience how customers should be attended to!! Westnet - a breath of fresh air in a world of all sales bulls..t and very little after sales assistance. 1 Sept. 2010
