Existing BoB™ rental contract break fees

If you have BoB™ rental and you would like to upgrade to BoB2™, there are some cancellation fees involved. (See table below.)
If your contract has expired, you can upgrade to BoB2™ when you signup for a new 24 month contract.

fair contract guarantee

When you sign up to broadband on the optional fixed term contract, you commit to retain your service for the set 24 month period. However, our fair contract guarantee lets you change between plans at any time without the need to break your agreed contract.

If you upgrade your plan, we will absorb the administration costs. If you change to a broadband plan of equal or lesser value, a small administration fee applies.
