FAQs
Why are my plans no longer available to new customers?
Due to the introduction of new Broadband2+ services on other networks, Westnet has retired Broadband2+ Pro (ULL) plans.
When were these plans retired?
21st November 2008.
How will this affect me?
Existing Westnet Broadband2+ Pro (ULL) customers will remain on their plan.
What if I move off the service?
Customers moving off their existing Broadband2+ Pro (ULL) service will not be able to sign up to that service again.
Why can't I simply move between the different Broadband2+ products?
Broadband2+ Pro (ULL) utilises the Optus network. Specifically the network is referred to as an Unconditional Local Loop (ULL). Our other Broadband2+ products utilise other wholesaler networks and it is not a simple process of migrating customers from one network to another. Plans will also differ depending on which Broadband2+ product you are on.
Terms and Conditions
The Broadband2+ Pro (ULL) product has differing terms and conditions. Please read the Customer Relationship Agreement.
