Westnet's reliability and service quality is backed by our Customer Relationship Agreement.

contract break fees

If you end your contract early, you will be required to pay back the costs reasonably incurred by iiNet by you leaving the contract.

Fees

Setup Fees
Fast Transfer setup The Fast Transfer service lets you switch to Westnet from your current provider with a discounted connection fee and quicker connection time. (participating providers only)	$39
Standard Broadband setup This fee applies if you require a new Westnet Broadband connection or if your current broadband provider does not participate in the Fast Transfer scheme.	$79.95
Plan & Contract Fees
Early termination fee We call it early termination when you cancel your connection within six months. If you are on a fixed term contract, this fee is included in the contract break fees listed above.	$69
Downgrade fee A small administration fee applies when you switch to a broadband plan of equal or lesser value.	$29
Optional Extras
Mail redirection Mail redirection is available for users who no longer have an account with Westnet but would still like to use their westnet.com.au email address.	$11/month

Fair Contract Guarantee

When you sign up to an optional fixed term contract, you commit to retain your service for the set period. However, our Fair Contract Guarantee lets you change between plans at any time without the breaking your agreed contract.

If you upgrade your plan, we will absorb the administration costs. If you change to a plan of equal or lesser value, a small administration fee applies.
