Once your new Westnet Broadband service is activated, you'll have access to fast internet, quota-free Freezone content and award-winning 24/7 customer service.
- It takes between 5 and 10 working days to get connected. If your wait exceeds 10 days, call our Business Support team on 1300 786 006 and we'll check on your application.
- We will be in contact each step of the way via email or SMS, with notification as soon as your Broadband is ready to use.
- If you've ordered broadband hardware, you'll receive it by courier along with all the instructions for getting online.
- You can track the progress of your application in MyAccount.
