Once your new Westnet service is activated, you'll have access to fast, reliable internet and award-winning customer service.

  • It can take a minimum of 21 working days to get connected (unless otherwise notified). If your wait exceeds 21 days, call our Business Support team on 1300 786 006 and we'll check on your application.
  • We will be in contact each step of the way via email or SMS, with notification as soon as your service is ready to use.
  • If you've ordered Westnet hardware, you'll receive it by courier along with all the instructions for getting online.
  • You can track the progress of your application in MyAccount.
