Our Service Level Agreement
- 99.9% service availability target
- 1 hour fault response target
- 4 hour fault restoration target
- Scheduled outage email notifications
Please allow a minimum of 21 working days for service connection to be completed (unless otherwise notified). Connection time is also dependent on port availability.
