All Cisco equipment comes with a one-year limited hardware warranty through the manufacturer. Cisco will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship a replacement part within 10 working days after receipt of the RMA request. Actual delivery times may vary depending on where you are.

All Westnet hardware comes shipped with the latest firmware installed, but we recommend checking the manufacturer's website every few months to ensure you are using the most recent version.

how does the Repayment Plan work?

You can schedule repayments for your Cisco router over 12 months instead of paying the entire amount upfront. We'll just split the total cost over twelve months so you pay smaller, more manageable instalments. You can even make an extra payment at any time via Toolbox. Easy!

The details:

• Eligible to new customers connecting to an iiNet Business broadband account.
• Existing Business broadband customers can purchase a Cisco router on a repayment plan via Toolbox.
• Cost of hardware is split equally over a 12 month period.
• If you'd like to cancel, no problem - you'll simply pay the outstanding amount.
• No admin fees.
• You're still eligible for Cisco's one year limited hardware warranty and Cisco SmartNET contracts.
