  • Follow the simple installation instructions that come with your modem and you'll be online within minutes.

If you need to change your mind

If you experience difficulties with connection or dissatisfaction with the coverage at your primary place of use, you may be eligible to return the hardware and cancel your contract with no penalties.

Just be sure to contact Westnet within 10 days of your Mobile Broadband service being activated.
