Westnet Business VOIP - What do I need?

It's easy to get connected with Westnet Business VOIP. You'll need:

  • A broadband connection
    VOIP saves you money with calls made through your broadband connection. You'll need to make sure you've got an active Westnet Broadband service for VOIP to work.
  • A VOIP adapter (ATA)
    This connects your telephone to your broadband modem/router. This comes in handy if your current broadband hardware isn't VOIP-ready. All Westnet adapters come pre-configured with all your account settings.
  • OR
  • A VOIP-enabled modem/router
    This is an all-in-one solution. With VOIP-enabled hardware, you won't need an adapter - just plug in a phone and start calling. Westnet's range of broadband hardware includes wireless options, and all come VOIP-ready.
