| To be completely honest, each and every time I have dealt with Westnet I have been totally amazed at the high standard of service. The consultants are happy, friendly, clear and confident, willing to go that bit further and have always helped. There have been times we have contacted Westnet and found out that the problem or issue was completely unrelated to Westnet, however without hesitance each and every person I have ever spoken to have been more than happy to assist me in pointing me into the right direction. I have worked within the customer service industry for over 20 years and have had a lot of dealings with companies, services providers and have not found a more outstanding customer focused company then Westnet. I would recommend, and have already recommended, Westnet to others. Changing to Westnet Broadband has been an absolutely positive experience. Over the past year or so, I've had some truly horrific experiences with other ISP's, financial organisations, insurance companies etc. So I made the decision to change to Westnet with a degree of cynicism. But your service has been excellent in every way. Your staff just make everything a breeze - either over the phone or via email. What they say will happen, happens! The person you speak to first answers all your enquiries without transferring you around the world and back. Promises are kept! With so much competition in the telecommunications industry, it really is service that sets providers apart. Your plans are an absolute bargain considering the quality of service you offer. You've proven to a very jaded consumer that an Australian company can deliver on product and service 110%. Fantastic!

The quality of support I receive from Westnet never fails to amaze and impress me. I think not only are you by far and away the best ISP I have used either here or in the UK, but the best service company of any industry I have come across. If all other companies provided the same degree of service as yourself, I do not think I exaggerate when I say life generally would be totally different and for the better.
Your record is even more impressive when you realise that not only do my wife and friends consider me to be a grumpy old person...even I consider myself to be a grumpy old person, yet I am still enormously impressed with every department of Westnet I deal with. Once again, many thanks. |

I am currently looking at transferring my home telephone service to you as well - keep up the amazing work. | I had a number of different issues that I needed resolved. I spoke to 3 different people at 3 different times, and was very satisfied with the way they conducted themselves. Phone manner was outstanding, and all 3 calmly talked me through, no frustrations, no stress, no rushing. And if I asked about something that they couldn't help with, they didn't just palm me off and say...sorry I don't do that,....they said...sure, 'such n such' department can help you with that, here's the contact number you need. I'm also very impressed with the 'leave a message' service. That's brilliant!!!! |

I am impressed by the quick response of your service desk and the friendliness of the operators. We required broadband and I have to say that I am thrilled with the lightening fast connection. Connection was done before the modem arrived and the modem didn’t take long at all.
The international call rate to New Zealand is important to us as our children are there and we have previously had to monitor our calls due to the expense. It has been a godsend to my wife to be able to call more often. Thank you Westnet. Your service is appreciated.

Your service, your phone manner, help service and advice has been the best we have encountered. My wife and I being old aged pensioners and not knowing much about computers would say that Westnet is the Gold Logie award winner in ISP awards.

You guys made me feel what "speed of light service" is, I used several ISPs and you broke the record of setup. I'm living in Alice Springs in a rural area and set up time should be a week, or even more just like others... But in 2 days, I've got the ADSL link! You guys are amazing! Good work!
