Business Telephony Product Manager

Westnet is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Product Manager for its Business Telephony Product. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the marketing of Business Telephony services aimed at SME and Corporate segments.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Analysis of performance of business services (complete marketing audit of Business Phone, ISDN and other telephony services)
- Development of marketing action plans to achieve product objectives
- Ensure a successful implementation of these plans
- Development of new business services and enhancement of existing offers
This role requires a person with the following attributes:
- Has 4+ years experience in services marketing in the business to business environment. Telecommunications industry experiences preferred.
- Has a proven record of building membership basis in a services industry
- Has a good understanding of telecommunications services and some knowledge of the industry
- A business degree
