Westnet is one of Australia’s leading telecommunications providers with a reputation for award-winning customer service and a fun, social work environment. We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service professionals to join our Inbound Sales team.
As a member of the Sales team you will primarily deal with customer sales enquiries from both new and existing customers via telephone, email and fax. You will be responsible for establishing new accounts for customers over the phone and providing detailed information on the progress of their application.

Working hours are flexible as the Sales team operates 7 days a week;
5.30am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 6am - 5pm Saturday and Sunday.
