Marketing Manager
Westnet is a large national Telecommunications Provider specialising in Internet, Hosting and Phone services for business and residential markets . The Company is customer focused and prides itself on providing exceptional service and support.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the marketing strategy of the whole organisation.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Understanding and further developing the Westnet Brand and its values and adhere to the company's positioning strategy,
- Conducting regular marketing audits (at least every 12 months),
- Developing a strategic marketing plan and 6-monthly action plans,
- Ensuring a successful implementation of the marketing plan,
- Managing the marketing department and web development teams, comprising of 15 staff,
- Managing the marketing mix to achieve company objectives,
- Produce and present regular reports to the management team.
To be successful in this role you will have the following qualifications and experience.
- A Commerce or Business Degree majoring in Marketing.
- 5+ years experience in a senior role of a Services Marketing organisation.
- Previous experience in managing a Marketing Department and
- Business to Business and Business to Consumer experience.
- Understanding of the Internet Service Delivery, Web Hosting and Telephony or Mobile markets.
- Previous telecommunication or IT experience is preferred.
Salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant depending upon experience and qualifications.
