Westnet is able to provide Static (or fixed) IP addresses for a wide range of circumstances. A Static IP enables you to present a consistent address to the world wide web.

IP addresses are a limited resource. All requests for a Static IP are subject to Westnet's validation and approval.

If you require a single Static IP, simply click the Signup button below. You will have the choice of monthly or yearly billing.

If you require additional or a range of Static IP's, you may need a Subnet.

A non-refundable setup fee will apply upon application.

General requirements for a Subnet request

When requesting a Subnet you will need to provide supporting documentation detailing the following;

• The intended usage of the subnet addresses,
• Any existing address space being used,
• A network topology map,
• List the devices being used.

Processing of requests is reliant on correct documentation

Westnet will only process requests that have been properly documented. If the documentation contains errors or omissions, Westnet will advise you as soon as possible. Westnet may also request you to provide further information for clarification as required.

Westnet will endeavour to process the request as soon as any identified errors and omissions have been rectified or the additional questions have been answered.

Westnet will make all reasonable efforts to maintain a consistent and reliable level of service in processing these requests.

Equitable processing requests

Westnet will process requests in order of the proper documentation received. Unfortunately, Westnet cannot allow any special treatment or make exception to the standard order of request processing.

Westnet aims to process all new requests or amendments to previous requests within a reasonable time frame.
