Broadband2+ is available on a restricted number of enabled telephone exchanges. Maximum speeds for Pro plans are dependant on how far you live from the local telephone exchange, configuration and quality of your phone line, quality of your Broadband ADSL modem and line filter, the number and type of services utilised in your neighbourhood, interference from outside sources, your computer's hardware and software set up and the configuration of any computer you are trying to access.

Terms and Conditions
Westnet's General and Broadband2+ terms and conditions apply to the promotion in addition to the following. The offer is available to Westnet members who sign up the Broadband2+ service including both Broadband2+ and Full Phone and keep these services active for a period of 12 months. The offer is available to members signing up to any Broadband2+ plan. This offer entitles broadband members to free connection in the form of a $139 account credit (including members upgrading from the Broadband1 service, but not including customers who churn through the transfer process). The offer is only valid where the application is successful and is not available with any other offer. Cancellation of either service or transfer of either service to another provider within the first 12 months is subject to an early cancellation fee of $165 pro-rata. Service cancellations take effect on the first day of the next calendar month following Westnet's receipt of the cancellation request. Standard Broadband2+ disconnection and reconnection fees will apply. Offer commenced 3rd April 2007 and is available for a limited time only.
Customers are entitled to one credit per Broadband2+ and phone connection on the one internet account.
