Free Broadband1 Connection & Modem - 24 Month Commitment
Westnet's General, ADSL and Phone terms and conditions apply to the promotion in addition to the following. The offer is available to Westnet members who upgrade their existing dialup service to broadband and transfer at least one full phone service to Westnet and keep these services active for a period of 24 months. This offer is not available to members signing up to Broadband plan Option 1 256kbps and Option 1 1.5Mbps. The offer is available to customers with an active Dialup connection and has maintained the service for a minimum of six (6) months. This offer entitles new Broadband members to a free modem (iConnectAccess612) or a $79 discount on any other modem and free connection in the form of a $178 account credit (not including customers who churn through the transfer process). The offer is only valid where the phone application is successful and is not available with any other offer. Cancellation of either service or transfer of either service to another provider within the first 24 months is subject to an early cancellation fee of $178. If the broadband service is disconnected within the first 6 months, a further $55 cancellation fee applies. Service cancellations take effect on the first day of the next calendar month following Westnet's receipt of the cancellation request. If the Phone service is relocated to another address resulting in disconnection and reconnection, the cancellation fee of $178 will be waived. Standard ADSL disconnection and reconnection fees will apply. Offer available for a limited time only.
