Free Broadband Connection & Modem - 24 Month Commitment
- Westnet's General, Broadband and Phone terms and conditions apply to this promotion in addition to the following.
- The Free Connection and Free Modem offer is available to Westnet members who upgrade their existing Dialup service to either a Broadband1 or Broadband2+ service and transfer at least one full phone service to Westnet and keep the services active for a period of 24 months.
- This offer is only available to members signing up to a Broadband1 or Broadband2+ plan, except members signing up to Option 1 256kbps and Option 1 1.5Mbps.
- The Free Connection and Free Modem offer entitles Broadband members to free connection in the form of a $99 (Broadband1, Broadband2+ Reach and Broadband2+ Pro new connection and Broadband2+ Pro SST supported connection) or $139 (Broadband2+ Pro SST non-supported connection) account credit and a free modem (iConnectAccess612) or a $84 discount on any other modem listed.
- This offer is not available to members transferring/churning an existing Broadband service to Westnet, existing members upgrading from Broadband1 to Broadband2+ Pro and new connections.
- This offer is only valid where the Broadband and Phone application is successful and is not available with any other offer.
- Customers who select the Free Connection and Free Modem offer, and cancel either service or transfer either service to another provider within the first 24 months will be subject to an early cancellation fee of $183 (Broadband1, Broadband2+ Reach and Broadband2+ Pro new connection and Broadband2+ Pro SST supported connection) or $223 (Broadband2+ Pro SST non-supported connection).
- If the broadband service is disconnected within the first 6 months, a further $55 cancellation fee applies.
- Service cancellations take effect on the first day of the next calendar month following Westnet’s receipt of the cancellation request. Standard Broadband1 or Broadband2+ disconnection and reconnection fees will apply.
- Customers are entitled to one credit per Broadband1 or Broadband2+ service on the one internet account.

- This offer is only available to members signing up to a Broadband1 or Broadband2+ plan, except members signing up to Option 1 256kbps and Option 1 1.5Mbps.
