Broadband1 and Broadband2+ Reach transfers

Broadband2+ Pro Plans transfers

• To transfer to our Broadband2+ Pro service, you must currently be on the iiNet network.
• For a Single Service Transfer (SST), your existing provider must also be a particpant in the SST process. A list of these providers is available here. This process takes 5-8 working days rather than 4 hours.

Single Service Transfer (SST) is an easy-transfer-to-Westnet process. To be eligible, a customer's existing provider must also be a participant in the SST process. A list of these providers is available here or by contacting Westnet Sales.

Broadband Transfer Procedure

1. Do not cancel your current Broadband service.
2. View our current Broadband1 or Broadband2+ plans
3. Sign up to your chosen Broadband plan:

     Sign up online here
     Complete our Broadband1 Application Form here
     Call Westnet Sales 13 19 60
     
     
   • Broadband2+
     Call Westnet Sales on 13 19 60
     
     
4. Westnet will then transfer your Broadband service.
5. Once notified of the Broadband completion by Westnet, please contact your previous ISP to advise of the change.
