Payment
You choose your method of payment with our range of different payment options. Please remember that all accounts are due in advance on a calendar-month basis.
Credit Card
This option allows a direct debit to your credit card. A receipt is emailed to you the same day that the payment occurs. A narration will appear on your bank statement that identifies the payment as being to Westnet Pty Ltd. It is simple and ensures that you do not get disconnected for non-payment of your account. To use this method, please follow the instructions below:

Direct Debit

BPay
The Westnet BPAY Biller code is 68585. Your reference number to pay your account can be found on our MyAccount page.

If you choose to pay for Westnet services via BPAY, please ensure that you make your payment at least three working days prior to the due date to allow for delivery of the payment to Westnet.

Post Payment Card
You can also use an Australia Post Payment Card to make payments to Westnet.
To request a payment card, please email with your account username and postal address details. You will then be issued with a specialised payment card that can then be taken into any Australia Post Office and allow you to pay by EFT, cash or cheque over the counter.
If you choose to pay for Westnet services via a Post Payment Card, please ensure that you make your payment at least four working days prior to the due date to allow for delivery of the payment to Westnet.

Cash / Cheque
Westnet does accept payment on certain account types in the form of cheque or cash. Payment via cash or cheque must be made in advance and also cover any excess usage that may be incurred for the month prior.
All payments must be accompanied by the following information: customer ID #, account name and username.
If you choose to pay for Westnet services via cash or cheque, please allow adequate postal delivery time from your location to the Perth CBD to ensure the payment is received by Westnet prior to the due date.
