Customer Relationship Agreement (summary version)
This is the agreement between you and Westnet. It contains everything you need to know about our plans, general terms, service descriptions and a pricing schedule.
General Equipment Warranty
The General Equipment Warranty contains terms and conditions relating warranty claims for hardware purchased through Westnet. The document also contains information relating to Early Life Failure or Warranty claims for Mobile Handsets.

Acceptable Use Policy
To ensure the enjoyment and availability of our service to all customers, we have a 'Acceptable Use Policy' to make sure everyone gets a fair go. We have designed our products to be generous, but we do not want those generous terms abused. this doument describes what might be considered excessive or unreasonable use.
Statutory Declaration
A copy of a stat dec is required in instances where a closure or change to an account needs to be made by a person other than the legal lessee of the service.
