A Westnet Mobile Broadband USB modem
This is a device that enables your computer to connect to the Mobile Broadband network. We also offer additional hardware to let you share your Mobile Broadband connection. -

In order for us to provide you with the best service possible, your computer will need to meet the minimum system requirements below.
Mobile Broadband Modems
To use your Mobile Broadband connection, you will need a Westnet USB modem. This is a device that enables your computer to connect to the Mobile Broadband network.

10-day return policy
Customers experiencing difficulties with connection or dissatisfaction with the coverage at their primary place of use, may be eligible to return the hardware and cancel their contract with no penalties if they contact Westnet within 10 days of the Mobile Broadband service being activated.
To be eligible for this grace period, you must have provided a valid address and passed our service qualification checks when you signed up for this service.
