Call Waiting alerts you with a tone if another caller is trying to call you when you are already on the phone. You can answer the incoming call by putting your first caller on hold.

To activate Call Waiting, call the Westnet Business Solutions team on 1300 786 006.

Call Waiting is available as a complimentary feature upon request for ISDN 2. Call Waiting is included as a feature with ISDN 2 Enhanced services.
