freeCall Forwarding Always

With Call Forwarding Always you can redirect all your calls to another destination. When activated, you need to supply a forwarding number.

Use Call Forwarding Busy to redirect calls to another destination when an incoming call encounters a busy condition. When activated, you need to supply a forwarding number.

freeCall Forwarding No Answer

Use Call Forwarding No Answer to redirect calls to another destination when an incoming call is not answered within eight rings. When activating please specify the forwarding number that you wish calls to forward to in the case of eight rings being reached.

freeCall Waiting

With Call Waiting you can answer a call while already engaged in another call. When a second call is received while you are on the phone you are informed via a call waiting tone. You can then switch to the new caller party and hold the original party. There is no charge for this service.

With Do Not Disturb you can set your line to busy (engaged tone) or forwarded to voice mail as below. If Voice Mail is not activated a busy (engaged tone) will be presented to any party calling you.

With Voice Messaging you can record messages for calls that are not answered within a specified number of rings, receive busy treatment, or are transferred directly to voice mail. Callers have the option of reviewing and/or changing their message. This Service comes with Free Voicemail Support. Voicemail also includes:
  • Voice Mail Waiting Indication - A stutter tone is provided via the telephone when new messages reside in the voice mailbox.
  • Voice Messaging to Email - Enables you to have voice messages delivered to a specified email address in the form of an email message with a WAV file attachment. If available, the callers name and number are also included in the email subject line.

freeCalling Line ID Delivery Blocking (CLID)

With CLID you can block the delivery of your identity to the person you are calling. To activate CLID dial *67 before you make the call.

freeCall Return

With Call Return you can call the last party that called you, whether or not you answered their call. The system stores the number of the last party to call, and connects you to them.
To call back the last party that called, dial *69.

freeThree Way Calling

With Three Way Calling you can make a three way call with two parties, in which all parties can communicate with each other.
To make a three way call:
  • Make a call using your phone
  • Press the flash/hangup button once
  • Dial the second person
  • Press the flash/hangup button once then press 3

With Simultaneous Ring you can have multiple phones ring simultaneously when calls are received on your phone number. The first phone to be answered is connected. For example, calls to your desk phone could also ring your mobile phone, in case you are not at your desk.

FreeCall Waiting

Call Waiting alerts you with a tone if another caller is trying to call you when you are already on the phone. You can answer the incoming call by putting your first caller on hold.

FreeCall Return

If you have missed a call, dial *10# and Call Return will inform you of the number of your last unanswered (missed) call. It then allows you to call that number back by simply dialling 1.

FreeCall Back

If you are trying to call a number that is engaged, use Call Back. The Call Back function on your phone will keep dialling a busy number for up to 45 minutes and will alert you with a distinctive ring tone when the number you are trying to reach is no longer engaged.

Free3 Way Chat

3-Way Chat allows you to speak with two callers at once. One caller can exit the 3-Way call and another caller join at any time, so that other callers can participate in the phone call. You can also place one of the callers on hold so you can speak privately with the other.

Calling Number Display lets you identify who is calling by displaying the caller's phone number, providing their number is not blocked, and your telephone is compatible. It also stores the date and the time of the call, as well as the phone numbers of people who hang up without leaving a message.

Multiple Number offers an additional phone number for your existing phone line, as well as the option of separate billing for that number. Customers have an option of a separate ring tone for your new number that lets you know who the incoming call is for.
