As calls come through to your business' busy main number, Line Hunt automatically connects calls to the next available line.

Line Hunt helps:

• increase the line capacity by adding lines without buying additional equipment;
• improve customer service as callers go through to the next available free line;
• share the load on fax machines because fax calls can go through to the next free fax machine

There are two Line Hunt options:

• Call Circulate - incoming calls are received first on your nominated line. When that line is busy, calls are automatically directed to the next available line;
• Call Share - incoming calls are equally distributed across every line in the group.
