The Call Forward feature on your phone has a number of different functions that will allow you to forward calls to another number if your phone is busy, if the incoming call is unanswered or if you simply wish to receive calls to your phone at another number or destination.

To use Call Forward Immediate, please see below:
If you cannot take calls to your phone, forward your incoming calls straight away to another phone number e.g. send your home calls to your mobile when you go out.
To forward all incoming calls immediately
To turn Call Forward - Immediate off for all incoming calls
Touchfone 400
If you have a Telstra Touchfone 400 phone with feature buttons:
To forward all incoming calls immediately
To turn Call Forward - Immediate off for all incoming calls
To check if Call Forward - Immediate is on of off

If your phone call is not answered, it can be forwarded to another number.
To forward all incoming calls when there is no answer
To set the destination and ‘time in seconds’ before the call is answered
Default is 20 seconds (approximately 7 rings) before a call will be forwarded. Can be set from 5 to 60 seconds.
To turn Call Forward No Answer off

If your phone is busy, it can be forwarded to another number.
To forward all incoming calls on busy
To turn Call Forward Busy off
To check if Call Forward Busy is on or off
Additional Information
Calls may not be forwarded to certain numbers (e.g. international numbers and 000).
Call Forward Immediate overrides all other homeline features except call forward selected callers
