Westnet Phone - What do I need?
It's easy to get connected with Westnet Phone. You'll need:

A working phone line
Each phone service requires a working phone line with a dial tone. If needed, Westnet can organise for this to be connected on your behalf.
If you're signing up for Netphone too, you will need:

A broadband connection
Netphone is Westnet's VOIP product, which lets you make calls through your broadband connection. You'll need to make sure you've got an active Westnet Broadband service for Netphone to work. -
A VOIP adapter (ATA)
This connects your telephone to your broadband modem/router. This comes in handy if your current broadband hardware isn't Netphone-ready. All Westnet adapters come pre-configured with all your account settings. - OR

A Netphone-enabled modem/router
This is an all-in-one solution. With Netphone-enabled hardware, you won't need an adapter - just plug in a phone and start calling. Westnet's range of broadband hardware includes wireless options, and all come Netphone-ready.
