Westnet wins Best Customer Service in ADSL2+exchanges Awards

ADSL2+exchanges is an Australian-run website, offering a wealth of information on ADSL2+ exchanges across the country. This year their award winners were chosen from 10,000 online votes through their own website (www.adsl2exchanges.com.au); as well as contributions from ADSL2+exchanges staff, as part of their inaugural awards.

Westnet has repeatedly won the key ISP customer service awards over the past five years, driven by their strong service reputation. Customer service awards and accolades include: 16th and 17th ACNielsen Consult Australian Online Survey, Australian Broadband Survey (2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007), Roy Morgan Single Source Telecommunications Monitor 2004 and 2005 and winner Medium Business of the Year in CSIA's Australian Service Excellence Awards 2008. Westnet has also won Best ISP at the PC Authority Reliability and Service Awards for two years running in 2007 and 2008.
