Westnet Satellite Broadband Terms, Fees & Guarantees

As of June 1st 2011, the Australian Broadband Guarantee is no longer available to Westnet Satellite subscribers.

Westnet's reliability and service quality is backed by our Customer Relationship Agreement.

Early termination fee
This fee is calculated pro-rata between your cancellation date and the end of the contract - that's $10 per month up to a maximum of $120. It applies if you cancel your connection before the end of your 12-month contract period. 		up to $120

Installation terms

Australian Broadband Guarantee eligible - fully subsidised.

In general, a standard installation refers to a single storey, 84cm satellite dish roof mount.

Fair Contract Guarantee

When you sign up to an optional fixed term contract, you commit to retain your service for the set period. However, our Fair Contract Guarantee lets you change between plans at any time without the breaking your agreed contract.
